Setting up the Trezor Suite App is easy, but it must be done carefully to ensure your assets are fully secure. Start by visiting the Trezor Suite page and downloading the version for your operating system. After installing, connect your Trezor device via USB.
Once connected, Trezor Suite will guide you through firmware verification or updates. This step ensures that your device has the latest security patches. You’ll then be prompted to create a new wallet or recover an existing one using your 12–24-word recovery seed. Always store your recovery seed offline and never share it.
After setup, you'll be greeted by the dashboard. From here, you can add accounts, view balances, and manage transactions. Make sure to enable a strong PIN and consider using a passphrase for extra security. The app’s clean interface allows seamless switching between Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported coins.
Once configured, Trezor Suite offers portfolio summaries, price charts, and advanced settings like Tor and CoinJoin compatibility. It combines usability and robust security in a way few wallets can.
